If you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always gotten.
THE DEFAULT MODE NETWORK OF THE BRAIN is a bunch of highways you've built inside your brain, where traffic flows all the time, whether you're daydreaming or focused on a task. It is within this series of highways that your sense of self is created.
